We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains which data we collect, how we use it to power Lynx Predictor, and the safeguards we apply to keep it secure.

The application only stores the minimum data required to operate prediction, history, subscription, and support features.

• Authentication data: email, password hash, preferred language, and metadata handled by Supabase.
• Session history: numbers entered, roulette type, session name, save mode (Do not save / Practice / Roulette).
• Training memories: reinforcement-learning weights, prediction keys, and roulette models you create.
• Stealth mode: commands and numbers sent through the chat interface to synchronize with the regular history.
• Billing identifiers: subscription status, payment references, and invoices processed by Mercado Pago or PayPal.
• Support & security: minimal technical logs (IP, browser, device) to detect abuse and debug incidents.

When you use the application without signing in, all history stays on your device and is deleted when you clear the session. After you create an account, history and learning preferences are synchronized so you can continue on any device.

• Operate the prediction engine and adjust pattern weights through reinforcement learning.
• Sync Practice / Roulette sessions so you can resume, duplicate, or train models across devices.
• Manage Pro subscriptions, billing, upgrades, cancellations, and invoice history.
• Provide support, monitor availability, and comply with legal or anti-abuse requirements.

• Separation between local data (stored only on your device) and synchronized records in Supabase/Neon.
• Encryption in transit and at rest for cloud-stored information.
• Role-based access controls for internal tooling.
• Regular backups, monitoring, and incident-response procedures.

• Compliance with applicable laws, court orders, or regulatory requests.
• Protection of our rights, the safety of our users, or the integrity of Lynx Predictor.
• Service providers (Supabase/Neon, Netlify/Vercel, Mercado Pago, PayPal, analytics/support tools) that only access data required to deliver their service under confidentiality obligations.

Depending on your activity we may associate your email, preferred language, session names, training metrics, and payment references (never full card numbers) with your account to confirm transactions and deliver subscription benefits.

Subject to local regulations, you may exercise the following rights:

• Access, rectification, deletion, or portability of your personal data.
• Restriction or objection to processing in specific circumstances.
